Refund policy

At Alexander, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your item(s), please review our exchanges and return policy below to guide you through the process.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at AlexanderUSACo@Gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
  3. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at AlexanderUSACo@Gmail.com to check the availability of your desired item.
  2. Once approved, return the original item as outlined above.
  3. After we receive the original item, we will ship the exchange at no additional cost (for U.S. orders).

Please Note:

  • Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color.
  • If your requested exchange is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team via email at AlexanderUSACo@Gmail.com within 5 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
