Refund policy

At Alexander, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your item(s), please review our exchanges and return policy below to guide you through the process.

Returns

Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom items are not eligible for return.
Return shipping fee
A flat $6.95 return shipping fee applies to all eligible returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund. 

How to return
  1. Contact Customer Support at AlexanderUSACo@Gmail.com with your name, order number, and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label.
  3. If you choose not to use our prepaid return shipping label, you may ship the return with a carrier of your choosing, at your cost, of which the $6.95 return shipping fee will not be deducted from the total return amount. 
Refund process
After we receive and inspect the item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus the $6.95 return shipping fee.ExchangesIf you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:
  1. Contact Customer Support at AlexanderUSACo@Gmail.com to confirm availability.
  2. Once approved, return the original item as outlined above.
  3. After we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship the exchange. For U.S. orders, we cover the cost of shipping the replacement item. You will not be charged the $6.95 shipping fee for an exchange.
Please note
  • If your requested exchange is unavailable, you may choose a refund (minus the $6.95 fee).
Damaged or defective itemsIf you receive a damaged or defective item, contact Customer Support at AlexanderUSACo@Gmail.com within 5 days of receipt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. The $6.95 return shipping fee does not apply in these cases.
